Bruce Jenner has been in the news lately for undergoing sex reassignment surgery, today it is a much more serious situation. According to TMZ, Bruce might have been texting at the time of the impact. What TMZ didn’t mention was their role in the crash. Paparazzi were on the scene prior to the impact, TMZ does not employee these star chasers but they provide them the incentive to do so by paying them for the photos.
