If you look closely at where it was sent from: test@test.com you would realize it was not a real email from paypal. They included a link for you to visit to clear up the problem with your paypal account and if you click it Your computer will be up for ransom. All Your data will be stolen and you will get a ransom note from the thief. If You ever get an email about your bank account, credit card or even your power bill, go to the site of that company and login as you normally do and if they want to tell you something a message will be on their site. they will never send an email asking for you to click on a link. if they want something, they might send you an email but the email will ask you to visit your account the way you always do.
