Jameis Winston and accuser had regrettable sex, no rape occured

What is lost in this case is the fact that Jameis Winston has suffered far more than the accuser has because of a consensual sex episode that is better termed regrettable sex. Some how it is lost in the media that Jameis Winston did not suffer but it is a fact that the male participant in regrettable sex suffers as much as the female but society does’t accept it. His name has been smeared through the media, Her’s has not. Society or should I say the media presents the male as having concord the female even in consensual sexual relations, when many times, especially modern times it is the female concording the male. In the case of Jameis Winston and the accuser, the witnesses account of the sexual act suggest it was She that was controlling the action,  not Jameis.
Men regret sex more often than the media reports but regretting sex and reporting rape are way different. We all have had regrettable sex but not many have really been raped. Save the rape accusation for what it really is, a sexual act against Your will. If We use regrettable sex as a case for rape then it is time for Men to start reporting it too but No One wants that.
