Kurt Busch reinstated by NASCAR, ready to race this weekend

After being wrongfully suspended, NASCAR is reversing course and reinstating Kurt Busch. A public apology should be in order but NASCAR isn’t going to do anything close to that, they will just keep counting money and act like this never happened. Like many companies NASCAR was reacting to public opinion and not facts. In a “sort of apology” fashion, NASCAR announced that Busch will be eligible to make the Chase for the Sprint Cup. The rules state that a driver must start each race to be eligible which would have prohibited Busch.
