I think the majority of Americans have gotten used to the idea of gay marriage and those that haven’t really just couldn’t give a shit anymore. The ones that opposed it with all over their heart and sole are now warming up to the idea and said they are “neutral” on the subject. So why are We still filling the courts with all these stupid lawsuits? Who is making money of it? Judges, Lawyers and media and No One likes those three.

According to CNN — A federal judge ruled Tuesday that an Oklahoma law limiting marriage to heterosexual couples violates the U.S. Constitution, giving yet another victory to same-sex marriage supporters. Did You read that right? A FEDERAL JUDGE says so. So if a Federal Judge makes the ruling it must be right, right? What is the point in having a Federal Judge make a ruling if it isn’t a ruling that pertains to ALL 50 UNITED STATES? Either remove this Judge and send Him to prison or stand by His ruling for all of America, what part of Federal doesn’t pertain to all of the United States?

U.S. District Court Judge Terence Kern said:
“The Court holds that Oklahoma’s constitutional amendment limiting marriage to opposite-sex couples violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution,” the judge wrote, saying that protection “is at the very heart of our legal system.”

The plain and simple truth about gay marriage is this: Once it was approved for one state in the United States, the fight is over, it will be in all 50 in a matter of time and all the People opposing it are wasting our tax payer money in court cases. I do not personally care if You want to marry the same sex or a goat but do not make it cost Me money fighting about it.
