Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg should have retired 8 years ago but instead She is left to make a fool of Herself and the position.

After making incoherent remarks about Donald Trump the old Lady commented:
“Judges should avoid commenting on a candidate for public office. In the future I will be more circumspect,” she said in a statement issued by the court.

Well, it’s too late to apologize, the fact that She made any comment about a Presidential Candidate shows that She is not fit to serve. Is it age discrimination to say She should not serve? Who cares? It is time to start doing the right thing and forget about what discrimination it may or may not be.

It is a fact that the human brain in not as sharp at age 70 as it is at age 65 and not as sharp at 75 as it is at 70. The human brain does not improve with age and so the retirement age for a Supreme Court Justice should be no more than 75 years old. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 83. Everyone has a Grandmother or Aunt or Uncle this age and knows they are not as sharp as they once were. We should not allow Anyone over 80 to drive so We definitely should not allow them to make decisions that could be detrimental to America for now and decades to follow.
