The USA Women’s soccer team is waiting to see who they will play in the finals. Japan and England will play on July 1st to determine Who will get to play the USA.

The USA’s Carli Anne Lloyd kicked a penalty kick (as shown below) in the 69th minute. That penalty kick looked to be enough but USA’s Kelley O Hara added a kick close to the goal at just under 89 minutes in the match.

Update: Japan beat England 2 – 1 when England knocked in an “own” goal Wednesday night, Japan will play USA in the final Sunday, July 5 at 7pm on Fox
