What reason would the writers of Days of our Lives have to bring on this new (old) character? What purpose is there? The fact that this character is suppose to be the Mother of E.J. is absolutely ridiculous. If You watch the show You know that E.J. is very good looking and could not possibly have a Mother as ugly as this character. Susan Banks, played by actress Eileen Davidson (who also plays Kristen DiMera) is maybe the worst character ever to play on any soap. And, not only that, the show had to beg Eileen to play this part because She has already moved on to The Young and the Restless. She stayed on in order to finish up these two characters.
