Will Driver Shortage Send Message To Uber And Lyft PAY BETTER RATES!!

Uber and Lyft are no doubt in the beginning of a driver shortage and trying to entice drivers to come back or new ones to start driving. Well are drivers taking …

Uber and Lyft are desperate for drivers and drivers are laughing at them, for good reason. When Uber first started this business they took 20% of the fare and they had plenty of happy drivers and the riders were thrilled to not be in a Taxi. Over time the rideshare companies started adding so many service charges that they were taking 50% of the fare and the driver could not even make a profit. Both Uber and Lyft are public companies and neither has ever made a profit because they have so many executives making millions of dollars while paying drivers nothing. A good wake up for both these companies is for a new company to offer drivers 80% minimum of each fare and every driver would drive for that company and crush Uber and Lyft.
